The Land Registration Fee and the Mortgage Registration Fee are paid to the Land Titles Office.

  • The Land Registration and Mortgage Registration fees are $50 plus $2 for every $5,000 in land value.
  • The Mortgage Registration FFee Is also 50 plus $1.5 for every $5,000.00 of the mortgage loan amount.
